How we work

The brief

Every project starts with a meeting or conversation to discuss your exact requirements. Tell us what you need, however lavish or practical, and we’ll offer some initial ideas to start the process. We’ll also discuss important timings, budgets and answer any of your questions.

Concept, design and sampling

After our initial meeting, we immediately begin researching ideas and collecting samples for you to review, from our network of trusted, high-end suppliers. At this point, we’ll create a comprehensive mood-board style presentation which brings your many options to life; from specific hand-picked pieces to hand-drawn illustrations from our in-house design team. We’ll then work closely with you to help you narrow-down your options.

Sourcing

We’re connected to suppliers and craftspeople all over the world who are leaders in their field, enabling us to contact them directly and source a range of high-quality solutions. We offer a flexible, bespoke approach; when it comes to your project, nothing is too much trouble.

At this point, we liaise with both client and project manager to ensure all deadlines are set and accounted for. If you’ve commissioned a bespoke project, we’ll present the designs for your consideration and authorisation, as part of our seamless, personal service that our clients find so reassuring.

Quotation

Once you have approved the costs and samples, we’ll draw up a detailed list of requirements and supply a comprehensive quotation. At this stage, we’ll need to discuss budgets and schedules in more detail, enabling us to develop a full project plan and itinerary for your consideration.

Ordering

After you’ve reviewed and accepted our quotation, budget and schedule, we’ll ask for a confirmed order. Because of the bespoke nature of our business, we ask that you settle 50% of the agreed invoice amount at this stage to confirm the order and enable us to begin work. The deposit also acts as order confirmation, custom products take between 6-8 weeks to be created unless otherwise stated. Off the shelf items can often be delivered considerably quicker.

Delivery

Once we’ve personally checked and confirmed the quality of your order, we will arrange a direct delivery to your home, yacht or aircraft, wherever you are in the world.
